CONSERVATION COMMISSION
Town of Monterey, Massachusetts
MEETING DATE: 12/10/13
Present: Timothy Lovett, David Dempsey, Christopher Blair and Betty Pixley
The meeting convened at 6:00p.m.
Due to the resignation of Richard Andrus the Committee voted to elect a new chairperson. A motion was made to appoint Chris Blair as the Chairperson, which was seconded and unanimously approved.
Treado/Fairview Contractors – 11 Buckingham – RDA – Roof replacement and debris removal (T. Lovett is the project manager)
Bob Bartini was present to review the project details to replace the roof. This project was completed prior to receiving permission from the Commission. The Commission approved the project as submitted as a N3.
For Discussion:
1. The Commission reviewed the file for 9 Buckingham Lane as the applicants called Betty wishing to make changes to their project. Originally they were approved for a stone patio and now they wish to build a deck instead. Betty went and measured it and the proposed deck would be in the 40ft no build zone.
2. Mail was reviewed.
a. The Commission submitted a level funded budget request for FY15 of $750.
3. Minutes from 11.12.13 were approved as written.
